To all Quebec area rally racing fans
The Quebec Rally requests
your support. We need responsible people to ensure the safety
in the special stages like carrying out the timing of the
cars. It will please to us to accomodate you according to
your availability and even if you have only 3 or 4 hours to
give, call us!
On what it consist?
The rally takes places on closed roads for circulation and we need voluntary workers :
1- To close the roads with the intersections
that it is on departure or arrival, or with intersections which intersect the special stages.
These workers must ensure to control the access
to specials stages to official and the candidates ;
2-
For the control of crowd in the special stages so that the rally proceeds in full safety ;
3-
To direct and inform the spectators on the differents stages;
4-
To accomodate and inform the spectators at the Hippodrome of Quebec, saturdays between 19:00 and 23:00 ;
5-
To assist the official in various tasks at the Rally headquarters like the inscription of the teams,
the accreditation of the voluntary ones, etc.;
6-
To Help for placing the displays on the sites;
7-
To make timing at the time of the departures and the arrivals of each special stage ;
8- To help to manage the logistics of the volunteers;
