Invitation to taking part at the Quebec Rally 2003 Ultimate Experience!
It is with much pride that the organizing committee of the
international Rally of Quebec invites you to the 10th edition of
the event which will be presented of February 26 at March 2, 2003 in
the area of Quebec City. For this tenth anniversary, the Rally crossed a
significant stage of its development while being registered to the FIA
international calendar. The event will be the first of the season 2003
of the Rally Series of North America (in the past CNAR) which will be
officially observed for becoming an FIA official regional championship.
Last year, the committee took up the challenge to conform to the general
regulations of the FIA. This year, we had the concern
to improve several aspects concerning safety, as well that for the
witnesses, voluntary as those of the candidates themselves. Among the major
changes appear more than 50 km of exciting new stages in forest road.
All the forest roads will be traversed in the same direction to simplify
the recognitions. We also adopt the concept of WRC events by presenting
each stage in a different area.
In the matters of accessibility, the sponsors of the event and
candidates will be cherished this year because we implemented to
maximize attendance. All the stages accessible to the spectators are
located in the city of Quebec at easy access places. Service area will
be fixed for all the duration of the event and will be located
in the parking of the Galleries de la Capitale shopping centre.
This year, we still await you in the same sympatic and cordial environment
which characterizes the Quebec Rally since its whole beginnings.
